Ceremonies
How can I participate in a ceremony?
The first step is to reflect on your intention. Why do you feel called to join a ceremony right now? What desire or longing are you experiencing, and what do you hope to receive through the Light Connect Journeys?
It’s important that your answer is honest — that you are truly ready to look into the deeper layers of your Self.
To participate in a ceremony, it is necessary to apply in advance. This helps us understand your current situation deeply and allows us to create a healing space that is aligned with the needs of all participants.
The application usually happens via our website, where you’ll answer a few essential questions. After submitting your application, there will be a personal conversation to connect and clarify further.
What does the ceremony area look like?
Our ceremony spaces are carefully designed to create a supportive and safe environment for participants. The rooms are often equipped with mattresses or mats to ensure a comfortable position during the ceremony. Candles and meditative music may be used to enhance the atmosphere. Care is taken to ensure the space is energetically cleansed to provide the optimal environment for the experience
What is the effect of the plant medicine? Will I have to vomit?
The effects of the plant medicine are individual and vary from person to person. The experience can bring deep insights, emotional release, and spiritual revelations. Regarding vomiting, it’s important to understand that not all participants experience it. Vomiting can be part of the cleansing process, but it doesn’t occur for everyone. It is a natural bodily response to the purification initiated by the plant medicine. The facilitators will be present throughout the ceremony to support each person, regardless of how their individual experience unfolds.
How many participants are in one ceremony?
The number of participants in a ceremony may vary but is intentionally limited to a maximum of 22 to ensure a caring and supportive atmosphere. Smaller groups allow our facilitators to focus on the individual needs of each participant. The exact number of participants depends on various factors, including the venue and the type of ceremony.
Preparation
What if I’ve never had any experience with psychedelics?
Having no prior experience with psychedelics is not a barrier to joining a Light Connect Journey. Our ceremonies are designed to welcome people from all levels of experience. Before the ceremony, we often offer informational conversations to answer your questions and prepare you for what your soul may encounter. Our experienced facilitators are trained to provide supportive and compassionate guidance — regardless of your familiarity with psychedelic experiences.
How do I prepare for the Light Connect Journey?
Preparing for the Light Connect Journey is essential for a positive and meaningful experience. Here are a few steps you may want to consider:
Video Group Exchange: Join informational sessions to learn more about the Light Connect Journey, its purpose, and the overall process. These gatherings offer an opportunity to ask open questions and prepare yourself more consciously.
Self-Reflection: Take time to reflect and consider which personal goals or questions you wish to explore during the Journey. Clarity about your intentions can contribute to a deeper and more purposeful experience. Your intention becomes your inner compass — your lighthouse throughout the journey.
Healthy Lifestyle Habits: In the days leading up to the ceremony, nourish your body with healthy routines — including a balanced diet, proper hydration, and sufficient rest. This helps prepare both body and mind for the experience in the most supportive way.
Openness and Acceptance: Enter the Light Connect Journey with an open and accepting mindset. Be willing to surrender to the process and receive the experience without fixed expectations.
Asking Questions: Don’t hesitate to ask questions or share any concerns. Our supportive team is here to ensure you feel safe, seen, and held throughout the entire process.
Integration
What does the integration program from Light Connect look like?
Our integration program is designed to offer participants comprehensive support after the Light Connect Journey. It includes several elements to ensure that the insights and experiences from the ceremony can be sustainably integrated into daily life: group integration calls, follow-up sessions with participants, and continuous guidance as needed.
I need additional support with my integration. How can I receive this?
If you need additional support for your integration, our facilitators are available to offer personalized resources and guidance. This can take place through one-on-one conversations tailored to your individual needs.
How long does the integration phase take?
The duration of the integration phase varies from person to person. It’s important to understand that integrating a psychedelic experience is an ongoing process that may require time, self-reflection, and support. Some participants find that they make significant progress within a few weeks or months, while others may need more time. Our team is here to walk alongside you throughout this process and provide the support you need.
Reservation
What is the cancellation/rescheduling policy?
Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are designed to ensure fairness for all participants. Please note that these guidelines may vary depending on the specific conditions of the Light Connect Journey. In general, the following rules apply:
Cancelling a reservation will result in the forfeiture of the deposit — except in cases where medical conditions, identified during the intake process, are deemed incompatible with participation in the ceremony. In such instances, the deposit may be transferred to a future date.
However, the specific terms of this transfer depend on the notice period provided.
1.) 4+ weeks in advance: 100% of the deposit is transferable.
2.) 3–4 weeks in advance: 50% of the deposit is transferable.
3.) 10 days – 3 weeks in advance: 25% of the deposit is transferable.
4.) 0–10 days in advance: 0% of the deposit is transferable.
